Harm Kuiper

Harm Kuiper is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and strategy, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Cyber Strategy at Deloitte since May 2019, where notable achievements include leading DORA TPRM advisory for the Netherlands and establishing TPRM capabilities for a Fortune Global 500 institution. Prior to Deloitte, Harm was a Security Consultant at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from January 2016 to April 2019, focusing on fraud management and developing strategic capabilities. Harm's experience also includes PMO roles at HEINEKEN and Philips, and an internship at BP. Harm holds a Master’s in General Management from Nyenrode Business University and two bachelor’s degrees in International Business Management from the University of the West of Scotland and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
