Jade McKenzie is an experienced education professional with a diverse background in teaching, curriculum development, and leadership. Jade began as a Full-time English Language Teacher at Puripornchai Suksa School and later worked with Teach For America as an Instructional Specialist and College Course Facilitator. At Ingenuity Prep, Jade provided coaching and support for first-year educators while collaborating with school administrators on student growth initiatives. Currently, Jade serves as a Lead in Experience Innovation at Deloitte Greenhouse, managing projects and mentoring teams. Educational experience includes teaching fourth grade English Language Arts at DCPS and holding a position as the Family Engagement Leadership Team Manager at DC Scholars Public Charter School, where substantial improvements in family engagement metrics were achieved. Jade holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Temple University.
