Marsha Forbes Waters

Marsha Forbes Waters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT program management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Governance Lead in the Office of the Global CIO at Deloitte since October 2015, Marsha has held various roles, including Chief of Staff to the CTO and Manager in Deloitte Consulting, focusing on enhancing efficiency in federal agencies through Agile adoption. Previous experience includes serving as VP of Communications for the John Eaton Elementary Home and School Association and a long tenure at IBM in compliance, process management, and requirements deployment. Marsha's early career involved operations management at Issa Trust and Merchant Bank.
