They have successfully led significant M&A deals and complex transformation programs across Southeast Asia, demonstrating strong skills in change management and stakeholder engagement. Prior to Deloitte, Wee Meng served as a Consultant at Accenture and held the position of Army Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces, where they were recognized for their leadership.
