Simply put, Andreea gets stuff done. No matter how complicated or nebulous the challenge, she will thread the needle and determine the critical path towards accomplishing an objective. It’s a skill set she draws on frequently to implement strategic initiatives and improve the firm’s operational efficiency. Prior to joining Focus, Andreea worked in consulting at a large professional services firm in project management at a leading pension plan after earning her Economics degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
