David Michael Simanjuntak

David Michael Simanjuntak's work experience includes serving as the Head of Engineering at DELOS since February 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Tokopedia from 2018 to 2023, first as a Software Engineer, then as a Senior Software Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, and finally as an Engineering Manager. At Tokopedia, they managed three teams responsible for the core purchase journey in the marketplace and achieved key accomplishments such as decreasing MTTA by 100%. Before joining Tokopedia, David worked as a Web Developer at Qerja from 2017 to 2018 and at the State Polytechnic of Batam from 2015 to 2016. David also had an internship at Infinite Frameworks Studios in 2015 and worked as a Web Developer at Innovator Mind from 2015 to 2016.

David Michael Simanjuntak completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Information System from the University of Indonesia, from the year 2017 to 2020. Before that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science from the State Polytechnic of Batam, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
