S.pi Shella Marlinda M. Si

Shella Marlinda, S.Pi, M.Si, currently serves as the Science Laboratory Coordinator at DELOS since October 2022. Prior to this, Shella worked as a Senior Researcher at SEAMEO BIOTROP from November 2018 to October 2022, assisting the main researcher in various aquatic laboratory projects. From March 2016 to March 2018, Shella was a Formulation Scientist at Manggalindo Group, focusing on maintaining raw material quality. An earlier role as an Assistant Consultant at DINAS KELAUTAN DAN PERIKANAN KABUPATEN LINGGA in 2018 involved field monitoring with local farmers. As an Assistant Lecturer at Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) from 2014 to 2016, Shella provided practical exposure in fish feed manufacturing. Education includes a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Aquaculture from IPB University, achieved between 2010 and 2016.
