Bridget Dougherty-Herman FKA McLaughlin has extensive experience in education and prevention programs, currently serving as the Prevention Education Manager at Delphi Drug and Alcohol Council since September 2015. Prior to this role, Bridget was a teacher at Cobblestone School from September 1993 to June 2015. Educational credentials include a Master of Education degree from Buffalo State University, obtained from 1986 to 1992, along with studies at the University at Buffalo.

Our strength is rooted in our core values: Putting people first Pursuing excellence Embracing change Acting with integrity Having fun while we do it HISTORY Delphi Rise (formerly Drug and Alcohol Council, Inc. ) is a community-based behavioral health agency, serving Rochester and the Finger Lakes since 1936, with Outpatient Treatment Program, School-based Prevention Education and Counseling, Monroe County Reentry Services, Mental Health First Aid training provider, Supported Forensic Housing, Domestic Violence Education, Case Management in Rochester JDP Court, and Care Management Services as a NYS Department of Health - Health Homes Care Provider Agency. Delphi is also the lead agency for RecoveryNet's Open Access Clinic, providing on-demand substance abuse evaluations. Delphi is licensed by the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services.
