Christie Rossiter is an experienced professional with a strong background in education and student support services. Currently serving as a Domestic Violence Group Facilitator at Delphi Drug and Alcohol Council since May 2016, Christie previously held various positions at Finger Lakes Community College from 2011 to 2017, including Educational Planning Coach and Student Success Specialist. In these roles, responsibilities included developing workshops for nursing program candidates, advising at-risk students, and coordinating student success initiatives. Additionally, Christie has experience in advising student organizations and leading activities as Coordinator of Student Activities and Leadership. Christie holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Buffalo State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from St. John's University.

Our strength is rooted in our core values: Putting people first Pursuing excellence Embracing change Acting with integrity Having fun while we do it HISTORY Delphi Rise (formerly Drug and Alcohol Council, Inc. ) is a community-based behavioral health agency, serving Rochester and the Finger Lakes since 1936, with Outpatient Treatment Program, School-based Prevention Education and Counseling, Monroe County Reentry Services, Mental Health First Aid training provider, Supported Forensic Housing, Domestic Violence Education, Case Management in Rochester JDP Court, and Care Management Services as a NYS Department of Health - Health Homes Care Provider Agency. Delphi is also the lead agency for RecoveryNet's Open Access Clinic, providing on-demand substance abuse evaluations. Delphi is licensed by the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services.
