Jessica Ignizio is a dedicated social worker currently employed at the University of Rochester Medical Center in the Inpatient Psychiatry department since July 2022. Prior to their current role, Jessica served as the Director of Social Work at The Brightonian and as a Health Home Care Manager at Delphi Rise, where valuable connections were made to healthcare and social services. Additionally, Jessica has extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry, including roles as a waitress and hostess at various establishments.

Our strength is rooted in our core values: Putting people first Pursuing excellence Embracing change Acting with integrity Having fun while we do it HISTORY Delphi Rise (formerly Drug and Alcohol Council, Inc. ) is a community-based behavioral health agency, serving Rochester and the Finger Lakes since 1936, with Outpatient Treatment Program, School-based Prevention Education and Counseling, Monroe County Reentry Services, Mental Health First Aid training provider, Supported Forensic Housing, Domestic Violence Education, Case Management in Rochester JDP Court, and Care Management Services as a NYS Department of Health - Health Homes Care Provider Agency. Delphi is also the lead agency for RecoveryNet's Open Access Clinic, providing on-demand substance abuse evaluations. Delphi is licensed by the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services.
