Andrew Heschel has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew began their career at Sapient as a Sales Consultant in 1997. Andrew then joined Critical Path as a Technical Account Manager, where they managed technical aspects of accounts in the central territory. After that, they worked at BladeLogic as a Technical Account Manager, followed by Quest as an Account Manager, and Cincom Systems as an Account Manager.

In 2005, Andrew joined BMC Software as an Account Manager, responsible for the overall sales and relationship with enterprise/global clients. Andrew held this position for six years. In 2013, they took on the role of Founder/CEO at Seersoft, a position they held until 2016.

From 2017 to 2018, Andrew served as a Regional Sales Manager at Sumo Logic, focusing on enabling businesses to utilize machine data to improve operations and customer experience at an enterprise scale.

Currently, Andrew is a Regional Sales Manager at Delphix, a company that provides teams self-service access to personal, production-quality data environments, reducing data compliance risks in non-production settings.

Andrew Heschel received their Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University between 1992 and 1997. Later, they pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business between 2011 and 2013.
