Jack Hanratty has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jack began their career in 1975 as a Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy. After leaving the Navy, they worked as a Computer Programmer at Connections Telecommunications from 1984 to 1986. From 1986 to 1995, they served as a Database/Operation Manager at Thomson Global Markets, where they managed various computer and communications systems.
Following this, Jack joined Fidelity Investments in 1995 as a Data Security Officer, where they managed the Data Rights Management program and implemented security measures to protect customer and employee information. Jack stayed with Fidelity Investments until 2010.
In 2011, Jack worked at APEX Systems as a Data Security Project Manager for the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Data Masking program at RBS Citizens Banks. Jack successfully managed a large-scale Data Masking implementation for Mainframe and Distributed applications.
Jack also held positions at Axis Technology, LLC, where they worked as a Data Masking Lead at Deutsche Bank from 2013 to 2015, and as a Project Manager for Data Masking/Data Privacy at Morgan Stanley from 2012 to 2013. In these roles, they led teams in conducting data analysis and design for non-production environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Their most recent role was at Delphix, where they served as a Data Masking Architect since 2015.
Jack Hanratty has an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Quincy College. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Delphix Masking Services - Data Masking Specialist and Delphix Virtualization Services - Data Virtualization Specialist from Delphix in April 2021.
