Manas Khandeshe

Manas Khandeshe's work experience begins in 2007 as a Software Consultant at Teamlease Services Private Limited. From there, they moved to Symantec in 2007 and held various roles including Consultant, Associate Software Engineer, Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer. At Symantec, they collaborated with the Customer Engagement team, participated in pre-sales proof of concepts, and worked on integrated cloud provisioning solutions.

In 2015, Manas joined Coriolis Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Member of Technical Staff. During their time there, they developed a unified knowledge base and syllabus, transforming newly hired graduates into industry-ready resources in a short amount of time.

In 2015, they also joined Thales Digital Identity and Security (ex Gemalto) as a Technical Lead, where they worked on the Vormetric Orchestrator product and led a team to design and maintain an efficient infrastructure. Manas also served as a Technical Product Owner, bridging the gap between Product Management and Engineering for the Thales Data Discovery and Classification product.

Most recently, in 2022, Manas joined Delphix as a Staff Engineer. In this role, they lead the engineering efforts for feature development in the Delphix Data Virtualisation product, solves complex business problems, and creates new processes to meet product design needs.

Manas Khandeshe completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2022, completing the Microservices - Fundamentals course by IBM on Coursera in May 2019, and achieving a grade of 7.5 in the IELTS (International English Language Testing System). Manas has also completed the ISTQB Foundation level certification from the INTERNATIONAL SOFTWARE TESTING QUALIFICATIONS BOARD. Manas has not provided specific information regarding the obtained month and year for the Duolingo English Test and the Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure certification.
