Shibasish Nandi

Shibasish Nandi is an experienced engineering and technical leader with a career spanning over 17 years in software development and management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Delphix since November 2022, Shibasish previously held the position of Technical Manager at NICE Ltd from October 2021 to November 2022. At CALYX, Shibasish was Development Manager for a brief period in early 2021, following a long tenure at PAREXEL as Development Manager from February 2010 to December 2020. Earlier in the career, Shibasish worked as Senior Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra from February 2006 to February 2010, demonstrating a strong foundation in software engineering and management throughout the professional journey.
