Simone Eboli has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 1990, they worked as a System Programmer at Cummins Inc. Simone then moved on to Itau Seguros, where they held various roles including System Programmer, System Analyst, and Senior System Analyst. In 2007, they joined Itaú Unibanco as an IT Project Manager and later became an IT Manager.

In 2014, Simone joined AIG as a Project Manager, leading large projects on the Insurance Consumer Lines Platform. During their time at AIG, they implemented a project that launched AIG Insurance in the new channel of Insurance Aggregators model, establishing a partnership between AIG and important players in Brazil.

In 2016, Simone joined MAPFRE as a Project Manager, before moving to Cognizant as a Project Manager in 2017. Simone then worked as a LATAM Project Manager at Coretech, a WPP Company, before transitioning to WPP itself in 2019. At WPP, Simone held the roles of LATAM Program Manager and LATAM PMO Lead, responsible for implementing Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework in the region and managing projects related to Network Transformation.

Currently, Simone is working as a Customer Success Manager at Delphix since 2022.

Simone Eboli has a diverse educational background. Simone obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Post Graduation in Business Administration with IT Specialization from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, completing their studies from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, studying from 1993 to 1997. Simone also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, Simone completed their high school education in Computing from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de São Paulo from 1987 to 1990.

Furthermore, Simone has acquired various certifications throughout their career.
