Main Objective: The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for helping build and manage the organization’s clinical trial pipeline by providing clients timely capabilities, feasibility, and enrollment data.
Key Responsibilities:
Increasing the clinical trial pipeline and securing new clinical trials for all DelRicht clinical research sites
Successfully prospecting and selling our services to both pharmaceutical and Contract Research Organization clients
Generating weekly pipeline and potential client activity reports
Managing the estimated patient enrollment questionnaire process with potential clients
Coordinating with leaders across the organization to ensure tactical and strategic company goals are achieved
Developing strategies for approaching clients in numerous therapeutic areas and preparing client presentations
Analyzing potential study opportunities and developing a sales plan for each target client
Cultivating strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations and develop in-depth knowledge of the client organization
Maintaining general knowledge of all DelRicht Research services and sites
Recording and organizing all customer contacts, interactions & opportunities
Handling follow-up related to upcoming trial opportunities with clients and drive completion of new study start up at our clinical sites
Skills needed to win:
Required: At least 1 year of professional work experience
Required: Experience within a customer facing role
Required: Technology savvy; familiarity with Mac, Google Platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Required: Exceptional organizational skills
Required: Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
Preferred: Work experience within the Life Sciences industry
This is a Monday-Friday onsite position; no hybrid or remote applications will be considered
Coffee drinkers preferred; tea drinkers accepted
