Eileen Fischer

Eileen Fischer is a marketing educator at Delsea Regional High School District since September 2009, bringing a wealth of experience from diverse roles. Prior to this position, Eileen was the former owner/operator of Fischer's Pelican Restaurant from February 2009 to February 2020, running a BYOB fusion seafood establishment in Sewell, NJ. Eileen also worked as an educator, serving as a K-12 substitute teacher across various school districts including Berlin, Haddon Heights, Lenape, Voorhees, and Cherry Hill from 1996 to 2008. Earlier career highlights include serving as a senior store-line executive at Federated Department Stores from 1989 to 1995 and working as a cost control analyst at GE Aerospace from 1987 to 1989. Eileen holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rutgers University, Camden.
