Vincent Guevenoux

Vincent Guevenoux is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law. Currently serving as Counsel at DELSOL Avocats since October 2014, Vincent focuses on corporate law, annual legal issues, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, high-stakes financial transactions, and securities regulation. Prior to this role, Vincent gained valuable experience at DELSOL Avocats as an Elève Avocat in early 2014, and previously held positions at CACEIS and Landwell & Associés, concentrating on investment fund management and corporate transactions. Vincent holds a Certificate of Aptitude for the Practice of Law from the Ecole du Centre Ouest des Avocats and advanced degrees in business law from Université de Poitiers and Université Bordeaux IV, along with ongoing specialization in corporate law from the Faculté de Droit de Montpellier.
