Scott Spak has a diverse work experience in logistics and operations management. Scott is currently serving as the VP of Logistics at Delta 9 Cannabis Inc. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as the Director of Operations at Harvest Manitoba. Before joining Harvest Manitoba, Scott held the position of Traffic Manager at Price Industries from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Regional Operations Director at Kasper Transportation, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations in the Manitoba and NW Ontario region. Scott's early career experience includes working as the Operations/Branch Manager at Dynamex from 2008 to 2017, where they were responsible for managing all aspects of the Winnipeg On Demand and Driver Services operations.
Scott Spak has a diverse education history. Scott obtained their CCLP (Certified Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management) degree from CITT (Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation) between 2020 and 2023. Prior to that, they pursued education in the field of Education at the University of Manitoba. Additionally, they have been working towards their CLPP (Certified Logistics Professional Practitioner) designation at CITT. In terms of certifications, Scott has obtained the CITT-Certified Logistics Professional certification from CITT in April 2023. Scott has also acquired certifications in various areas such as transition from manager to leader, strategic thinking, core management, dangerous goods trainer, inventory control management, time management, and workplace safety and health from institutions like LinkedIn, Canada Post / Postes Canada, and Dynamex Canada Corp.
