Andy Sammons

Andy Sammons is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Assistant Principal at Delta Academies Trust since October 2025, previously holding the position of Associate Assistant Principal. Prior to this role, Andy was the Head of Teaching & Learning at Bedrock Learning from August 2023 to October 2025, focusing on implementation, continuous professional development, and improving student outcomes across schools. Andy's extensive background includes positions such as Deputy Head of Teaching & Learning at Kettlethorpe High School, Director of English and Strategic Lead for Data & Progress, and Head of English Department at Leeds City Council.
