Claude Roussel is Vice President, Sky Clubs and Lounge Experience for Delta Air Lines. In this role, he oversees Delta’s large network of more than 50 Delta Sky Clubs.
During his time with Delta, Claude’s vision and leadership has elevated the airline’s lounge network into one widely recognized as the most premium among its competitors, with Delta Sky Club winning numerous awards and recognition from outlets like Architectural Digest, The Points Guy, Business Traveler News and more. Through his leadership, Claude has transformed Delta Sky Club into a primary driver of loyalty for Delta’s premium customers.
Prior to joining Delta in 2014, Claude enjoyed a 30-year career in the hospitality industry, working with companies like Groupe Accor, a French multinational luxury hotel operator and franchisor, and China Grill Management, where he served as Director of Operations for one of the highest grossing and most acclaimed restaurant in the country. He attended the Lycee Hotelier Menton in France, earning a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management.
