Cybil Mah Lieu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event strategy and operations. Currently serving as General Manager of Event Strategy & Operations at Delta Air Lines since September 2021, Cybil previously held the role of Sr. Director of Global Events & Operations at CARE, where responsibilities included overseeing event management, supplier negotiations, and post-event analysis to support the organization’s mission. Cybil's prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Events and Celebrity Management at Points of Light, focusing on national conferences and partnerships, and working as an Experienced Consultant at Accenture, where client projects involved change management and process optimization. Cybil began career as an Assistant Buyer at Hecht's and holds a B.A. in History from Emory University.
