Federico Chaves

Federico Chaves is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in managing technology operations and support. Currently serving as the Director of Field Operations at ArcDesigns.Net since February 2010, Federico oversees MSP Help Desk operations, providing tier 3 support for complex issues. Additionally, as the IT Manager for Delta Air Lines' T2/T3 Modernization Program PMO since November 2015, Federico is responsible for all technology-related aspects, including device and infrastructure management for over 120 users. Federico also worked as a System Administrator at Publicis Worldwide from March 2006 to October 2009. Federico holds a Master of Computer Applications in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires, where studies were completed between 2005 and 2009.
