Joe Esposito

SVP, Network Planning at Delta Air Lines

Joe Esposito is the Senior Vice President - Network Planning for Delta Air Lines and oversees the day-to-day responsibilities leading Delta's diverse global network strategy.

Previously, Joe was Vice-President-Network Planning - The Americas, and was responsible for the day-to-day economic, financial and capacity planning of Delta’s domestic system as well as schedule planning.

Joe began his career at Delta in 1990 in Airport Customer Service in Orlando. In 1995, he moved to Atlanta to work in Strategic Planning and later in Network Planning as an analyst in both long range planning and international planning. While in Network Planning, he held various positions with increasing levels of responsibility including Director – International and Managing Director – Network and Schedule Planning.

Joe graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a bachelor’s in Business Management and later received his MBA.
