John Hunter

John Hunter is an experienced executive in the fuel supply and trading sector, currently serving as Vice President of Supply and Trading at Delta Air Lines since April 2013. In this role, John Hunter oversees the integration of the Monroe Energy Trainer refinery into Delta Air Lines' corporate jet fuel procurement strategies, focusing on business growth, asset procurement, trading, and logistics. Prior to this, John Hunter held various positions at Murphy Oil from August 1996 to April 2013, culminating in the role of Director of Fuel Trading and Risk Management, where responsibilities included supplying wholesale and retail business units with bulk gasoline and diesel. John Hunter's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Louisiana Tech University.
