Justin Blais

Justin Blais is an experienced professional specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Manager of DEI & Social Impact at Delta Air Lines, Justin partners with divisional stakeholders to advance corporate DEI goals through program planning and execution. Prior roles include Lead Talent Recruiter at Equifax, and various talent acquisition positions at Ciox Health and Newell Brands, where expertise in recruitment for technology and security sectors was developed. Justin also has experience as an Ice Hockey Official and held positions in recruiting and operations at Hire Velocity and CLS Medical, respectively. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University.
