Nikki Glee

Nikki Glee is an accomplished professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership and people transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Delta Air Lines since July 2016, Nikki leads a team focused on HR strategies for corporate functions. Previously, as General Manager of HR IT, Nikki spearheaded global people transformation efforts for a major airline. Nikki's career includes consultancy as Principal at Prospective Growth, LLC, and a significant role at Wipro Limited as Head of Human Resources BPO and IT Delivery Centers, managing employee engagement and HR initiatives. Earlier positions include HR Manager at Sprint and Human Resource Generalist/Recruiter at Stanley Associates. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
