Jeffery N. Stillwell

Mr. Stillwell has served as President of the Salt Life Group segment since July 2018. Mr. Stillwell previously served as President of Salt Life, LLC (formerly To The Game, LLC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, from 2011 to July 2018 and in various executive leadership roles with Salt Life, LLC from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Stillwell and others founded Kudzu, LLC, a supplier of licensed and decorated headwear, in 1994, and Mr. Stillwell served in various executive leadership roles for that business and several related businesses until joining the Company in 2009.
