Emily Irwin

Emily Irwin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Emily started their career as an Apprentice Chef at the Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls Hotel and Conference Centre in 2016. Emily then worked as a Server/Bartender at Buried Treasure Cafe from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they held roles as an Armoury Server at the Niagara College Student Administrative Council and as a Recruitment Administrative Assistant Co-op and NCexpert Administrative Support at Niagara College. From 2020 to 2023, they worked at the Niagara North Family Health Team, first as an Office Administrator and then as an IT Support Technician. In 2022, they worked as a Medical Assistant at the Marketplace Medical Centre. Emily is currently the Head of Administration at Delta Bingo & Gaming, a position they have held since 2023.

Emily Irwin began their education at Niagara College in 2019, where they obtained a Diploma in Executive Office Administration. Emily also earned a Certificate in Office Administration in the same year. In 2021, they furthered their education at Niagara College by pursuing a Diploma in Business/Commerce, General, which they completed in 2022. Additionally, Emily has obtained several certifications, including the Good Governance Certificate from The College Centre in January 2021. Emily has also received certifications in various professional skills such as Business Etiquette, Developing Your Professional Image, Developing a Service Mindset, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Overcoming Your Fear of Public Speaking, and Smart Serve Ontario.
