Bianca Deaconu

Bianca Deaconu, Assoc. CIPD, currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Delta Capita, beginning in October 2024. Previously, Bianca held the position of Global Learning and Development Lead at Fastmarkets from February 2023 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing capability assessments and developing aligned training programs. From February 2022 to January 2023, Bianca worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Medable, Inc., overseeing the internal LMS and new hire training. Prior experience includes roles as a Learning and Development Specialist at Checkout.com and various positions at Oracle, where Bianca contributed to both learning initiatives and incentive compensation analysis across EMEA. Bianca's career began with an internship at PwC, focusing on audit and business assurance. Educational credentials include a Master's and a Bachelor's degree from the Economic Studies Academy, as well as foundational education at Mihai Eminescu National College.
