Lukasz Sikora

Lukasz Sikora is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in IT operations and support, currently serving as the Director of CLM Site Reliability Engineering at Delta Capita since December 2023. Prior to this role, Lukasz was the Head of Application and Infrastructure Support at BlackSwan Technologies, where leadership encompassed overseeing a multinational support department, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Previously at Citi, Lukasz held various senior positions, notably as SVP - Enterprise Command Center Regional Head, where responsibilities included managing command center operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering cross-department collaboration.
