Tom Kastelein

Tom Kastelein has been with Delta Capita since July 2013 and currently serves as the CEO Benelux, being a co-founder and part of the group executive board. Prior to that, Tom worked at Knab as the Manager of Business Design & Transformation and at ConQuaestor Consulting as a Consultant. Tom obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht in 2008. Tom specializes in business & technology consulting and managed services for the financial services sector, assisting financial institutions in regulatory compliance, operational transformation, cost reduction, and adoption of innovative technologies.
