Thomas Hagerty

Thomas Hagerty has extensive experience in retail and call center operations, currently serving as Call Center Operations Manager at Delta Care Rx since January 2016. Prior experience includes a tenure at Walmart from November 2004 to December 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing store operations as Assistant Store Manager and performing customer service and sales tasks as a Sales Associate. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Robert Morris University, earned between 2008 and 2010, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Gateway Community College, completed from 2006 to 2008.
