Lindsey Bourassa

Lindsey Bourassa, GCDF, has extensive experience in higher education and workforce development, currently serving as the Associate Director of Admissions and Dual Enrollment at Delta College since July 2006. With a strong focus on career development, Lindsey has held several key positions, including Career Development & Employer Engagement Specialist and Employer Talent Pipeline Lead, where responsibilities included connecting educational institutions with business stakeholders to address regional workforce challenges, particularly in STEM fields. Lindsey also played a pivotal role in program development and marketing, enhancing non-academic education and driving innovative strategies. Prior experience includes supporting workforce training programs at General Motors. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management & Marketing from Northwood University and an Associate in Business Administration from Delta College.
