Jon Defrank

Jon DeFrank has extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Operation Support Specialist at Delta Community Credit Union since September 2018, where responsibilities include project management for Card Services. Prior roles at Delta Community include Payment Services Specialist, focusing on electronic processing of ACH items, and Member Care Agent, providing exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment. Additional experience includes Facility Manager at Kennesaw State University Department of Sports and Recreation, and as a Mover at Bellhops, where emphasis was placed on customer communication and service. Jon also served as a Lacrosse Coach at Sprayberry High School, fostering team development and parent communication. Jon holds a degree from Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business, completed in 2018.
