Terry Gorman

Terry Gorman has over 26 years of experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as the Closing and Funding Manager and Team Leader for the LFC at Delta Community Credit Union since February 2009. Previous roles include mortgage closer and extensive experience in mortgage operations from June 1997 to February 2009, covering all aspects of the industry such as processing, underwriting, and closing for various loan types including Conventional, FHA, VA, 203K, construction, and rehab. Terry Gorman holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Gwinnett Technical College, along with Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Yellow Belt certifications.
