Rebecca Bennett Ed.d.

Rebecca Bennett, Ed.D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rebecca is currently the Director of Quality Assurance, Risk Management, and Compliance at Delta Community Supports. Prior to this role, they worked as a Risk Management Specialist at the same company. Rebecca has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Arcadia University. In previous positions at Community Options, Inc., they held multiple roles including Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director, Director of Residential Services, Behavior Specialist Manager, and Behavior Specialist. Rebecca'sexperience also includes roles as an ASD Coordinator - Early Intervention and Licensed Behavior Specialist at Epic Health Services, Inc., and Licensed Behavior Specialist at NHS Human Services Inc. Rebecca started their career as an Autistic Support Teacher at Bucks County Intermediate Unit and later worked as a Teacher at Red Lion Area School District.

Rebecca Bennett, Ed.D. has an extensive education history. Rebecca first attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.

Rebecca then pursued further education at Arcadia University, where they earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Special Education and Teaching from 2009 to 2010. Rebecca continued their studies at Arcadia University and completed a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership from 2013 to 2021.

In addition to their degrees, Rebecca has obtained several certifications related to their field. Rebecca is a certified Behavior Specialist, obtained from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in May 2016. Rebecca is also qualified as an Elementary School Teacher in Grades K-6, recognized by the NJ Department of Education in August 2015. Furthermore, Rebecca holds certifications as a Teacher of Students with Disabilities, Principal PK-12, Supervisor of Special Education N-12, Autism Endorsement PK-12, Special Education N-12, and Elementary Education K-6, all obtained through various certification programs accredited by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
