Rebecca continued their studies at Arcadia University and completed a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership from 2013 to 2021.

In addition to their degrees, Rebecca has obtained several certifications related to their field. Rebecca is a certified Behavior Specialist, obtained from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in May 2016. Rebecca is also qualified as an Elementary School Teacher in Grades K-6, recognized by the NJ Department of Education in August 2015. Furthermore, Rebecca holds certifications as a Teacher of Students with Disabilities, Principal PK-12, Supervisor of Special Education N-12, Autism Endorsement PK-12, Special Education N-12, and Elementary Education K-6, all obtained through various certification programs accredited by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
