Alisha Hightower

Alisha Hightower is a seasoned professional in customer operations and compliance within the dental and insurance industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Operations and Executive Director of Medi-Cal Dental at Delta Dental Ins. since February 2021, Alisha has held significant roles at several organizations, including Head of Plan Compliance and Operations at Wellfit, and Director of Insurance Plan Compliance at Guardian Life.
