Jenn MacGilvray

Jenn MacGilvray serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Quality Officer at Delta Dental Ins. since September 2021, previously holding roles such as Senior Vice President of Quality Care and Claims and Vice President of Claims. Additionally, Jenn is a Board Member at OIC Philadelphia and has been involved with the CHIEF organization as a Chief Member. Prior to Delta Dental, Jenn amassed significant experience at UnitedHealth Group from June 2009 to September 2021, where roles included Vice President of Claims Re-Imagined and Senior Director of Technology and Business Solutions. Earlier in the career, Jenn held various managerial positions at JP Morgan Chase, Hershey Entertainment and Resorts, and Six Flags/Dorney Park. Educational qualifications include participation in the Executive Development Program at Stanford University, a certificate from Villanova University in PMI IS/IT, and ongoing education at Commonwealth University-Mansfield.
