Jennifer Souders

Jennifer Souders is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in labor relations and employee management. Since August 2018, Jennifer has served as the Director of People Operations at Delta Dental Ins., where responsibilities include assessing business needs and spearheading employee relations strategies for a workforce of 3,800 across multiple states. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Director of Labor Relations/Human Resources at Farmers' Rice Cooperative, focusing on HR policy development and maintaining positive union relations. Jennifer also contributed as the Director of Administrative Services at Merced Irrigation District and Manager of Employment and Administrative Services at Foster Farms, overseeing HR operations for thousands of employees. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from California State University, Stanislaus.
