Jeanette Watte has over 20 years of experience in customer service management. Jeanette began their career at Sears Teleservice Center in 1996, where they served as a Customer Service Manager until 1999. Jeanette then joined SkyMall as a Customer Service Manager for over a decade, subsequently transitioning into the role of Call Center Director from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Delta Dental of Arizona as a Customer Service Manager and was later promoted to the position of Director Of Customer Service in 2018.
Jeanette Watte obtained a Certificate in Call Center Management from the University of Phoenix in the year 2008. In February 2018, they also obtained the BenchmarkPortal Certified Contact Center Manager (CCCM) certification from BenchmarkPortal.
