Sherri Allen is an accomplished professional in customer service and management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at Redi Carpet since March 2023, Sherri previously held significant leadership roles such as Vice President of Customer Success at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc., and Vice President of Customer Service at Global Custom Commerce/Blinds.com. Sherri's career highlights include building customer service organizations from the ground up at Cox Media Group and leading inside sales and customer service at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Sherri holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
