Leo Tokar

Leo Tokar is a seasoned professional in risk management and employee benefits, currently serving as Partner and President of Risk Solutions and People Solutions for Lockton's Colorado market since June 2010. Tokar has a strong focus on client health benefits and people strategies, supporting financial growth and community engagement. In addition, Tokar is the Board Chair of Ensemble Innovation Ventures and Vice Chair of the Board at Delta Dental of Colorado. Previously, Tokar held key leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities included managing a $2.5 billion insurance portfolio, and at Preferred Health Systems, where Tokar developed the company's first internal actuarial function. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Colorado, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Kansas.
