Sara Hillis

Sara Hillis is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in compensation and benefits analysis. Currently serving as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst and previously as a Human Resources Generalist at Delta Dental of Iowa since July 2019, Sara has developed expertise in employee compensation strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Seeds Of Faith Early Learning as an Assistant Preschool Teacher and managing household responsibilities as a Stay at Home Mom. Earlier in the career, Sara worked as a Human Resources Manager at CNIC Health Solutions and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Panel Components Corporation.
