Faith Jackson

Faith Jackson is an accomplished professional in the fields of equity, inclusion, and legal analysis, currently serving as the Director of Engagement and Inclusion at Delta Dental of Minnesota since August 2024. Previously, Faith held the position of Chief Equity and Inclusion Officer for the City of Bloomington, MN, where responsibilities included developing initiatives that advance racial equity and providing training for city staff. Past roles also encompass Equity and Inclusion Program Manager for the City of Saint Paul, Assistant Director of Admissions at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and various positions within the City of Minneapolis, including Project Coordinator and Director's Policy Aide. Faith's legal background includes serving as a Law Clerk in the Saint Paul City Attorney's Office and a Judicial Extern at the Fourth Judicial District Court. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science from Tougaloo College.
