Rhonda Willigan has over 20 years of experience in customer service management within the healthcare insurance sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Service at Delta Dental of Rhode Island since February 2006, Rhonda has progressed through various roles, including Director of Customer Service, Sr. Manager of Customer Service, and Customer Service Supervisor. Prior to this, Rhonda held the position of Supervisor of Membership Services at Blue Cross and Blue Shield from September 2003 to January 2006.
