Thomas Chase

Thomas Chase is currently the SVP and Chief Operating Officer at Delta Dental of Rhode Island, where Thomas oversees various aspects of the insurance company operations. In addition, Thomas serves as the VP and Chief Technology Officer at Chewsi: A First Circle Solution, responsible for setting the technology strategy and ensuring the continuous improvement of the Chewsi platform. Thomas has also held leadership roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, APCapital, USI Insurance Services, Orion Capital Companies, Inc., and Aetna, a CVS Health Company. Thomas holds a BBA in Business Administration and Management from Texas McCombs School of Business, a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Marlboro College Graduate & Professional Studies, and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hartford State Technical College.
