David T. Carreon Bradley

David T. Carreon Bradley currently serves as the Senior Corporate Manager for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Delta Dental of Washington, a position held since June 2025. Previously, David held the role of Vice President for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Rhode Island School of Design from 2023 to 2024 and at Occidental College from 2021 to 2023, where significant advancements were made in D&I strategy and representation. David’s earlier experience includes serving as Diversity Officer at California State University, Fullerton, and a tenure as Associate Professor of Physics at Vassar College, where a focus on D&I initiatives was integrated within academic environments. David's educational background includes a Doctorate in Organizational Change & Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Doctorate in Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Bachelor's in Physics and Gender & Women’s Studies from Grinnell College.
