Amanda Kawlewski has over a decade of experience in client relationship management and quality assurance within the dental and vision markets. Currently serving as a Client Experience Manager at Delta Dental of Wisconsin since April 2015, Amanda focuses on onboarding new member companies and launching innovative products. Previous roles at Delta Dental include Quality Assurance Specialist and Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities involved peer training and call analysis. Prior experience at Menards as a Cabinets and Appliances Department Manager from January 2003 to April 2015 contributes to a strong foundation in customer service and team leadership. Amanda is a graduate of Northcentral Technical College.
