Rob Crisall

Rob Crisall currently serves as the Client Experience Manager at Stephenson Harwood LLP since April 2024. Prior to this role, Rob worked as the Front of House Manager at Macfarlanes from October 2021 to April 2024 and held the position of FOH Operations Manager at Convex Insurance from June 2020 to October 2021. Rob’s earlier experiences include roles at OLIVER Agency as Office/Home Team Manager and at Major Players as an Associate Consultant in Business Support & HR. Rob began a career in management at Pizza Express, where tenured from 1997 to 2014. Additionally, Rob has a law enforcement background as a Police Constable with Surrey Police Force in 2012 and has experience in the performing arts, having acted in prominent productions including Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Phantom of the Opera. Rob's profile is complemented by a foundation in customer service as Cabin Crew for British Airways from 2000 to 2002 and academic training at Swavesey Village College and Guildford School of Acting.
